Women's Work Heart Project Launch & Open Day
You’re Invited to the Women’s Work Open Day & Heart Project Launch
We would like to invite you to our building on Tuesday, 5th May, 1:00 – 3:30 PM for an Open Day at Women’s Work. This event marks the official launch of our new National Lottery-funded 5‑year project, aimed at supporting vulnerable women facing domestic abuse, low-level mental health, isolation, and practical difficulties.
We’d love to welcome professionals, partners, and potential collaborators from across Derbyshire, as well as members of the general public.
What to expect:
- Presentations introducing the new project and programme (including the Freedom Programme, Teen Links and more)
- Opportunities to meet our team
- Networking with professionals, partners & local organisations
- Stories shared by women with lived experience
- Optional tour of our Grade II listed building (The Convent)
- Light refreshments
