Joined the Women’s Work team in 2021.
Natalie obtained a Level 2 in Business Studies at Derby College in 2018 followed by work experience at the NHS resulting in extensive experience in administration and customer service. Natalie initially volunteered at Women’s Work in 2021, contributing to various support programs before transitioning into an apprenticeship role.
Natalie completed her apprenticeship in 2023 and gained a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care, enhancing her ability to provide compassionate and effective support. In November 2022 she completed her Own My Life facilitator training, and has been facilitating the course since. Natalie now works with children and families in the Child Contact Centre and is using her passion for children to work towards a psychology qualification.
