Joined the Women’s Work team in 2025.
Vicky holds a first class degree in (BSc Hons) Geography. She brings over seven years of experience working with children and young people, with a strong professional background rooted in education, safeguarding, and family support. She holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and is a former department lead, having worked extensively in school settings to support young people’s wellbeing, development, and positive relationships. Alongside her educational career, Vicky has experience in operations management and customer service across the environmental and aviation industries. This has strengthened her ability to manage complex processes while maintaining a calm, compassionate, and professional approach. Vicky also completed Level 3 Safeguarding Training.
