Dionne is the founder and CEO of Women’s Work, a Derby-based charity she established in 2003 to support vulnerable women and their families.
Originally focused on helping street sex workers, the charity quickly expanded to provide a wide range of projects supporting families, women in the criminal justice system and the wider community.
Passionate about empowering women to overcome barriers and create lasting change, Dionne has championed women’s voices locally, regionally, and nationally.
