Joined the Women’s Work team in 2021.
Debra gained a BA QTS(HONS) English and Education in 1997 at Roehampton University London and worked for 18 years as a teacher in both mainstream and Special Needs schools. Debra was mainly in senior management roles and was a lead for Literacy for many of the schools she worked at. Debra is also a trained facilitator for the Freedom Programme.
