Project Worker (Women’s Work Heart)
35 hours per week permanent
Salary £12.88 per hour

To deliver integrated packages of support that meet the needs of women and families. This is specifically in relation to mental health, accommodation, skills and employment, drugs and alcohol, childcare, finance and debt and other issues that may contribute to the women’s social exclusion, offending behavior or poor health.
Providing support on the Women’s Work Heart Project and across all the organisations’ projects when necessary to engage and motivate service users to enter and retain in the services offering low-level motivational interventions as part of packages of client care.
You will manage your own case load and have the ability to work on your own initiative. You will deliver a variety of programmes including the Freedom Programme, training will be provided. A degree in Social Work would be advantageous, good organisational skills, people and IT skills are essential.
An enhanced DBS check will be required.
